Our story
ACD Group began with a simple conviction: there is a better way to renovate.
ACD Group was founded in Dubai in 2018 by Amos and Priya. Amos brought years of experience in business and technology; Priya, an architect, brought extensive experience in renovation and construction. Together, they had watched the same three failures repeat across the industry: programmes that slipped, communication that broke down between stakeholders, and finishes that fell short of what clients were promised.
For almost four years, they worked as project managers themselves — coordinating trades, solving site challenges and staying close to every client conversation. That time on the ground taught them the practical details no drawing or boardroom ever could, and it still shapes how the company selects, trains and leads its teams.
As specialist capabilities were brought in-house, ACD Group was formed to unite each discipline under one standard of delivery. Design, construction, joinery, landscaping, pools and HVAC now work as one connected team — reducing handovers and giving us direct control of quality, communication and time.
Today, ACD Group is one of the few companies in Dubai able to carry a complete villa renovation from first concept, approvals and construction through to specialist trades and final handover. What began as a single studio in 2018 has become a group helping families create homes they are proud to live in.
At the heart of ACD, one thing remains unchanged: we believe there is always a better way to build, communicate and deliver.
