ACD Group is licensed in Dubai by the Department of Economy & Tourism, and every project we execute complies with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence and DEWA regulations — fully permitted, fully inspected.
Approved contractor across Dubai's authorities
ACD Group is an approved contractor with Dubai's leading authorities and master developers — the Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel, Majid Al Futtaim and other standard developers. That standing lets us secure approvals directly, without delay or third-party middlemen.
Approvals, handled from beginning to end
Every NOC, building permit, utility clearance and inspection — we prepare, submit and track the full approvals process for you, from the first application to final sign-off. Your renovation stays compliant from day one and is never at risk of a stop-work order.
Contracts that protect you
Every engagement is governed by a written contract with a defined scope, milestones and payment terms, backed by the insurances expected of a UAE contractor. Changes are handled through a formal variation process.
Health, safety and site conduct
Our sites follow UAE labour and safety requirements: trained supervision, protective equipment, controlled working hours in communities, and waste removed to approved facilities.
Your data, protected
Your enquiries and project records are handled in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection. Your details are never shared without your consent.
Intellectual property
Drawings, specifications, photography and written content produced by ACD Group remain our property and may not be reproduced or republished without written permission.

The approvals process
Every approval, from beginning
to end.
Approvals are where most renovations stall — and where our standing with Dubai's authorities and master developers works hardest for you. We run the entire sequence on your behalf, so you never queue at a counter or chase a clearance.

Assessment & scope
We review your property's title, community regulations and existing condition, then confirm exactly which approvals your scope of work requires — before any design begins.

Design & technical drawings
Our team prepares the drawings and specifications to the standards demanded by Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA and your master developer — nothing submitted twice.

Developer NOCs
We apply for and secure every no-objection certificate your community requires — Emaar, Nakheel, Majid Al Futtaim and other master developers — including villa modification and demolition clearances.

Authority permits
Building permits, modification permits and specialist approvals are lodged with the relevant authority — Dubai Municipality, Trakhees or DDA — and tracked until issued.

Utility & safety clearances
DEWA load approvals, air-conditioning drawings and Civil Defence requirements are coordinated alongside the permits, so services never hold up the build.

Inspections & final sign-off
We schedule and attend every authority and developer inspection during the works, close out any snags, and hand you the completed project with all approvals signed off.

How we handle
your information.
Last updated: January 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you contact ACD Group or use this website, why we hold it, and the choices you have. We follow UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the location of your property and the details of the project you describe in an enquiry, WhatsApp message or email. We do not collect identity documents or financial information through this website.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, coordinate design, approvals and construction, and keep a record of the work carried out on your home. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Who can see it
Your information is available to the ACD Group team working on your project and, where a project requires it, to the authorities, master developers and specialist consultants involved in your approvals. Each is bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. Project records are kept for the period required under UAE law for contracting and warranty obligations, then securely deleted.
How it is protected
Records are held on access-controlled systems with encrypted transmission. Only team members who need the information to do their work can reach it.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete your details, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
