Survey and heat-load study
We measure glazing, orientation, insulation and occupancy to size each zone properly—rather than replacing like for like.
System design
Equipment, duct routes, grille positions and control zoning are drawn alongside the interior design so nothing is improvised on site.
Installation and balancing
Our own technicians install, pressure-test and balance the system, commissioning airflow room by room and recording the results.
Maintenance and optimisation
Scheduled servicing, filter changes, coil cleaning and performance checks keep comfort high and DEWA consumption low.

In Dubai, air-conditioning runs for most of the year—so a poorly sized or badly installed system shows in every DEWA bill and every noisy vent. Ducts are routed and balanced so bedrooms stay silent at 22 degrees, grilles are hidden within joinery, and filtration keeps desert dust out of your air. Villa air conditioning design, installation and maintenance in Dubai.
The Pure Air Co is the HVAC division of ACD Group, providing villa AC installation, full system replacement, ducted split and VRF systems, ventilation, duct cleaning and annual maintenance contracts across Dubai. Every system starts with a proper heat-load calculation rather than a guess based on the old equipment.
Because we sit inside a design-and-build group, grilles, diffusers and duct routes are coordinated with the ceilings and joinery from the first drawings—so the finished home has no clumsy boxing, no whistling vents and no bulkheads added late.
For existing villas, an efficiency upgrade—correct sizing, sealed ductwork, better filtration and zoned controls—usually pays for itself through lower DEWA bills while making bedrooms noticeably quieter and cooler.
