Yes. We prepare and submit master-developer NOCs, Dubai Municipality permits and Civil Defence and DEWA clearances as part of the project.

Can I live in the villa during the works?

For single rooms or phased works, often yes. For full villa renovations involving civil and MEP works, we recommend moving out—it is safer, quieter and faster overall.

Do you build swimming pools and landscaping too?

Yes. Pools, water features, hard and soft landscaping, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and garden lighting are delivered by the same division, so the garden is finished with the house.

How do you keep projects under control day to day?

A dedicated site supervisor is on site every day, works are sequenced by one team, and you receive a written progress report every week—so you can see exactly where things stand.

What happens at handover?

A documented snag list is closed before you take possession, and the team that managed your build remains available for support long after handover.
