From our founders.

We founded ACD Group in Dubai in 2018 on a conviction formed long before: too many renovations were arriving late, communicating poorly and finishing below the standard clients were promised. We believed — and still believe — that clients deserve better, and that a company built around that belief could prove it.

For almost four years, we personally managed our projects on the ground — coordinating teams, walking sites, solving the unforeseen and staying close to every client conversation. That experience taught us the practical details no drawing or boardroom ever could, and it shaped how we select, train and lead every team that works on your home.

As specialist capabilities were brought in-house, ACD Group was formed to unite each discipline under one standard of delivery. Design, construction, joinery, landscaping, pools and HVAC now work as one connected team — reducing handovers and giving us direct control over the programme, the workmanship and every commitment made.

We remain personally accountable for the standards we set. As a family-owned business, we understand what a renovation asks of a household — so programmes are agreed in writing, progress is reported clearly, and our name stands behind every project from first decision to handover.
